Refund Policy

 

Due to the Customise of our Products

 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help for returns, the item does need to be returned to us in its original condition within 7 days of receiving it.

 

We ask that you choose carefully, as much as we like to be flexible, we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

 

You can choose between a refund, exchange or Credit where goods are faulty. You have 7 Days to return an item from the date you received it.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The items must be in the original packaging and have all the tags attached to it.

 

We offer exchanges in the form of a credit note with HS The Furniture Design. We do not offer exchanges after the 7 days period.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. When sending returned items to HS The Furniture Design we recommend that you use registered post as we do not take responsibility for the loss of the items being returned and this may result in us being unable to process your refund or exchange. Shipping and handling costs are non- refundable.
