Shipping Policy

We take good care in ensuring your customised products make it to you safely, this is why we use furniture Removals instead of Couriers in most cases.

 

If you wish to get the quote prior to ordering, Please email us at hs.thefurnituredesign@gmail.com with the product details, your name, contact number and delivery address. We will send a manual invoice with the delivery charges for your approval within 24 - 48 hrs.

Bulky items can be Challenging to quote online, thank you for your understanding, we will do our best to ensure your items are treated with care during the delivery process.

 

*** Prices may vary depending on the location, size and weight of the item/s - Details will be sent via email.

 

Once order/ payment is confirmed, we'll update to you with a rough date of delivery and once it is ready we'll share the courier information via email.

 

All the items are customised and will take 10 weeks to 15 weeks if have any doubt can kindly email me at hs.thefurnituredesign@gmail.com

You can arrange your own courier and / or pick up from Northcote, Vic, 3070 (warehouse address will be shared once order confirmed) select 'pick up' option at check out.
